Manage subscription billing and customer notices in real-time through our secure, web-based Payment Solutions Portal. Add your customers’ payment and billing information, define payment schedules, and track many other billing parameters.

Our billing parameters allow for customization by product. You can set flexible billing parameters for the billing amount, billing frequency, and billing start and end periods, as well as offer trial periods and trial amounts. Our PS Portal handles the rest, generating subsequent transactions based on the schedule provided, and sending alerts as defined.

All you have to do is set up a schedule for payments using our flexible range of data fields provided. Starting on the date selected, the Portal will process transactions for the set amount daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, according to your specifications.

In addition to in-depth reporting offered to our merchants in real-time, use of our subscription function also allows you to:

• Search for expiring cards by date, date range or month
• Retrieve lists of all active recurring schedules
• Forecast future scheduled payments by date, date range or month
• View cancelled schedules
