The flexibility of the Customer Management Interface is ideal for any size merchant that processes e-commerce, mail order, or telephone order payments. Through the Customer Management Interface, merchants can manage the various aspects of the web interface:

Reporting Tools

Our Customer Management Interface offers robust reporting to help you better manage your transactions. Some of these reports include the following:

  • General Overview: This summary includes an overall report of successful transactions by a timeframe, websites, and price points, an overall report on cancels, rebills etc. The option is in the merchant’s hands.
  • Financial Analysis: This detailed report offers Finance Details, Revenue Analysis, and Batch Reporting.
  • Subscription and Rebill Management: This service includes Cancellations, Rebill Summary, Rebill History, Scheduled Rebill and Active Subscribers.

Customer Service Management

Merchants who have their own Customer Service Department can use iPAY’s web interface to perform a variety of functions:

  • Customer Service Interface: Reps may locate customers either by name, subscription IDs, credit card, or Personalized Customer Data Field.
  • Customer E-mails: If a merchant utilizes iPAY’s Customer Notification Tools, reps may search for e-mails that were sent out to the customer.
  • Retention Tools: Reps can up- or down-sell customers whom they speak to over the phone—a great tool for retention.
  • Virtual Terminal: Reps or other company personnel may run MOTO (Mail Order/Telephone Order) transactions through iPAY’s Virtual Terminal.

Administration Settings

These settings allow the Administrator to setup the business foundation for the other departments or individuals to build from:

  • User Permission Settings: The Administrator may enter users and user groups and dictate permissions for each group.
  • Customer Notification Tools: The Administrator can customize and personalize 18 email types for your customers (e.g. rebill declines and successful payments).
  • Fraud and Risk Management: Manage and customize fraud settings for your websites and price points. iPAY’s Negative Database is also available to increase protection from chargebacks and fraud.
